Popeye and Bluto are both running for president. They are tied with exactly the same number of votes, but Miss Olive Oyl has yet to cast her ballot. Which candidate will be able to impress her the most and earn her precious vote?

Popeye and Olive are finally planning to get married. The plans change, though, after Olive has a dream where she sees their future kids and all the mischief they get into.
Hungry Felix tries to steal some food and fails. He then decides to "Go West" to "The Land of Opportunity" by hitching a ride on an airplane. When he gets to his destination, he has encounters with the local wildlife and Indians.
Felix has trouble catching fish on his own, so he tries to steal some. The shop owner throws a can at Felix and gives him an idea: go to Alaska, where the fish are plentiful and large, and try to catch some there.
After Felix gets his friend in trouble for not doing his homework, Felix tries to make amends by finding out for him "What makes the moon shine?"
Hungry Felix responds to an advertisement in the newspaper promising a reward for proof that "Man Comes from Monkey". His search for proof takes him to South Africa via a Trans-Atlantic cable.
